Cancellation Policy
We understand that, sometimes, life happens. If you find yourself in a bind and need to cancel your scheduled service, don’t worry! Our ultimate goal is to help you relax and de-stress, so we will always be more than willing to help you find a better time. We only ask that you give us a 24-hour heads-up to cancel any spa service. Cancellations without prior notification will be charged as a credit for the next time you come in.
Late Arrivals
It’s ok if you are running late. Late arrivals will receive the full remainder of their scheduled appointment time so as not to delay the appointments next-in-queue. The time lost to a late arrival cannot be redeemed or used at any later date.
Gratuities
Gratuities mean the world to us! These are not included in the price of your service. If you wish to leave gratuity, the industry standard is 15-25% of the total service cost. We thank you in advance for your kind generosity!
